AIMHO Senior Housing Officer Institute Welcome
Share |

The SHO Institute is an exciting pre-conference opportunity for both aspiring and current Senior Housing Officers within the AIMHO region.

As a participant in the Senior Housing Office Institute, Aspiring and Senior Housing Officers* will collaboratively discuss current trends and topics in housing and higher education. Faculty include current/former SHOs and content experts to help facilitate small and large group sessions. An emphasis is placed on the ACUHO-I Core Curriculum.

* Aspiring and Senior Housing Officers are individuals that are responsible for the daily operation of housing, residence life/education programs and/or having more than 5 years of experience and looking to prepare for the next step in their career.

The content focuses on critical issues that are faced by Senior Housing Officers on all campuses, and the structure provides for both large-group presentations by several outstanding faculty members, and informal small group discussions.  Participants will return to their home campuses with tangible resources and enhanced connections with other professionals from across the region.

Questions regarding the SHO Institute can be sent to Whitney Milligan, whitney.milligan@usu.edu
