SHOs: How to add Members to your Account

  1. Once your Institutional Membership is paid, you can add individual staff members to your account.
  2. Log in with your institutional account. Once logged in, click Manage Profile in the top menu.
  3. From there, click the Members button. There are 3 ways to add members.
    1. You can manually add them. This may take a while for more then a few employees and is not recommended.
    2. You can share a link with your staff to set themselves up. This is the easiest option and is highly recommended. Please note, anyone added via any of these methods will be associated with your institutional account. Please don’t publish the link on any public facing websites.
    3. You can invite up to 50 people to add themselves via email. This option also works well.
