Become the next Institution to join AIMHO!

AIMHO, the Association of Intermountain Housing Officers, works for the continual improvement and coordination of housing and food service operations for students and staff members in institutions of higher learning. Please join the almost 60 member institutions across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and Saskatchewan, Canada. The only eligibility requirements for Institutional membership are (1) that your institution provides housing accommodations for post-secondary students and (2) that you pay annual dues during the membership year, July 1 through June 30.

  • Financial scholarship support for attendees at the National Housing Training Institute (NHTI)

  • Institutional Survey compiles comparative information in areas from staff compensation to building inventories and contract types in a report tailored for each responding school.

Annual Institutional Dues Structure

AIMHO Annual Institutional Dues are payable starting July 1st and must be received by October 15th to ensure delegate voting eligibility and other Association Member benefits. Please feel free to contact the AIMHO Treasurer with any questions or concerns.

 0-500 Beds  $75.00
 501-1000 Beds  $125.00
 1001-2000 Beds  $200.00
 2001-3000 Beds  $300.00
 3001-5000 Beds  $400.00
 Over 5000 Beds  $500.00


How to Join or Renew Membership

Before you join, you will want to be sure that you are not already a member to avoid paying dues twice. If you are not sure, or if you're already a member but are having trouble getting logged in or connected, please feel free to contact the AIMHO Treasurer or AIMHO Technology Coordinator with any questions or concerns.
