AIMHO Rep to ACUHO-I Foundation

Paula Bland has served as the AIMHO regional representative starting in 2015.  Paula is the current Co-Chair and upcoming Chair of the Senior Housing Officer Institute.  Thank you for your service and support to AIMHO and to the ACUHO-I Foundation Paula.

 

We are seeking a new representative to the Foundation.  The Regional Representative position description is attached for your review.

 

Timeline

*Representatives should be from a current member institution.

 

Regional engagement

Serve as part of the Leadership Team of AIMHO

Be part of the Leadership Team calls and provide an update

Call in to the AIMHO Summer meeting and provide an update

Coordinate the annual giving drive at the annual conference

Support and engage the region with regards to any regional Parthenon drives

 

Foundation engagement

Please review the position description below.  It is worth noting the giving expectation of the person for this role.  In addition to interest in helping the ACUHO-I Foundation advance fundraising initiatives, a record of lifetime giving to the Foundation of at least $250 is needed with an expectation of giving at minimum of $100 annually while serving in the role.

Training meetings

ACUHO-I Foundation January Training: Atlanta, Jan 30-31

ACE June 17-20, Providence, Rhode Island (specific training/meeting dates to be determined)

 

Financial support

The AIMHO region is not able to financial support the ACUHO-I Foundation representative to attend Foundation related trainings or the AIMHO annual conference.  The ACUHO-I Foundation does not provide financial support for travel.

 

Service timeframe

January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019

The Foundation supports conference speakers, study tours, institutes, research, and scholarships.
