At the 2010 AIMHO Conference in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, some proposed changes to the current Bylaws were discussed during the Business Meeting.  Following that discussion an electronic vote was sent to the membership for consideration of the proposed changes. Below are the results of the vote along with an edition of the previous Bylaws that has been highlighted to emphasize areas of change.
